Dover was founded by Verne L. Britto and E. Anthony Jardine in the early 1990s.

The company markets, distributes and applies waterproofing and specialty products for construction, industrial and residential use.

We have recently expanded our operations and have relocated to #76A Frederick Settlement Industrial Estate Caroni, Trinidad & Tobago.  The company, which has been in operation for over nineteen (19) years, was born out of a need for commercially viable, effective and permanent waterproofing systems in the construction industry.

Dover has been in the forefront of some of the most demanding areas of structural waterproofing and protection. The products have been used and introduced around the Caribbean on several large projects and in some of the most demanding and difficult areas and have performed with distinction. The wide range of products has proven versatility and reliability in numerous applications and environmental conditions.
