Sewage Treatment Plants

Typical sewage may contain approximately 400 ppm (part per million) of organic matter. If this waste is not diluted properly, concentration cannot be reduced.

Faeces carry a certain amount of acid and if not treated properly can have an adverse effect on concrete. Effluent containment and treatment is one of the primary goals of any sewage treatment facility.

It is wise to protect these facilities by waterproofing them with either Radcon Formula #7 , Kryton’s Krystol Internal Membrane or Kryton’s T1/T2
